This is excellent news for our customers as we are now able to offer a single one bill solution so that all of your telephony services will be integrated and completely managed by Dataphone Communications.
The advantages of this new service (Dataphone One Bill) are:-
- We can fix a problem with either your lines or system in the shortest possible time to minimise disruption to your business.
- Any problem for lines/calls or your phone system will go direct to our Customer Service Team, where the nature of the problem can be quickly ascertained by our team of expert engineers and any line faults logged with BT and remotely tested whilst you are on the phone. If a BT engineer visit is required then this can be booked or scheduled whilst on the same call.
- When the fault may be either with the system or the lines, we can despatch an engineer to site (at no extra cost) to assess the problem for you.
- Where we provide customers with broadband we can deliver replacement routers within 8 working hours.
- We can offer mobile phones and calls from O2 on the same One-Bill solution.
