"The reason I am writing is because of your engineering staff, Richard Dabare, Jim Bonney, Paul Burnham and Drew Lovell who really impressed me. Running a service based company myself I appreciate that people make the difference. You had a few problems with the installation which your staff overcame. They stayed late on the Saturday even when Paul was supposed to be leaving for an appointment and did so uncomplainingly. On the Sunday Richard and Jim arrived within one minute of the arranged time impressing a person who takes punctuality very seriously. They then worked straight through until the job was completed.

I told my partner on the Monday how well they had done and deserved a pat on the back.
