With an option to have automated answering of calls and voicemail messaging, callers can opt to dial directly to school staff members or departments, and both callers and staff can benefit from being able to leave voicemail messages. New technology, such as text messaging software – which can be used to notify parents about absent pupils or about alterations to school opening times – can also be integrated with our telephone systems.
