The Go Forward Partner programme ensures customers of Siemens Enterprise Communications receive consistently high levels of service by requiring partners to ensure that all technical and sales staff are trained to the highest level on all HiPath applications. Partners are required to undertake on-going training and are audited by Siemens on an annual basis to ensure that pre and post sales service delivery standards are maintained.
