All support calls and enquires are managed by Dataphone’s customer service desk from managing contact with third parties, including updates, resolutions, remote diagnostics and onsite support. With only one number and one email address, Dataphone’s service desk creates simplicity in one point of contact.
Faults are managed through Dataphone’s customer management system, which issues fault references and automatic updates to ensure you are always kept up to date with the status for any outstanding issues.
Service delivery is key to Dataphone; our experienced call handlers are committed to delivering service excellence and we continuously monitor our performance to ensure high quality, stability for our customers and building strong relationships.
