We are committed to providing a quality service in a manner that minimises our potential impact on the environment. By having an ongoing audit process to identify the environmental impact of our business, we aim to introduce practical guidelines to help minimise or eliminate adverse environmental impact.

As our business grows, we will conduct our own activities and operations to reflect best environmental practice, controlling both our direct impacts and where possible the more significant indirect impacts resulting from the businesses we deal with.

This statement represents our general position on environmental issues, and the policies and practices we will apply in conducting our business.

  • Develop effective waste management and recycling practices
  • Operate and maintain our vehicles with due regard to environmental issues, using alternative means of travel wherever possible
  • Comply with all environmental legislation
  • Apply responsible standards in areas not covered by existing regulation
  • Save energy through the monitoring of unnecessary use of energy sources and ensuring equipment is kept switched off when not needed
  • Maintain respect for natural resources by ensuring the most efficient purchase and use of products
  • Progressively increase environmental awareness of staff, suppliers and customers
  • Continue to improve our environmental performance and integrate recognised environmental best practice into our business
  • Reduce and improve the efficiency of our use of resources
  • Manage waste generated from our business operations by reduction, re-use, and recycling and by purchasing recycled, recyclable products or materials where available, economical and suitable
  • Give due consideration to environmental issues and energy performance in the acquisition, design, refurbishment, location and use of any buildings
  • Environmental criteria are taken in to account in the procurement of goods and services
  • Review our environmental policy regularly, and at least on an annual basis
  • Recycle paper, cardboard, print toners, plastic containers and all electrical items under the WEEE directive remit
  • Review documentation so that it is printed in the most efficient manner
  • Centralising document storage to avoid the printing unnecessarily
  • Work with suppliers who operate environment management systems
  • Promote appropriate consideration of sustainability and environmental issues in the services we provide to our clients
  • Recommend solutions that are efficient and have a minimal environmental impact
